100 ml of liquid cream

1 tsp of vanilla extract

This sweet and mellow sauce pairs perfectly with red berry, raspberry, or mango ice creams. It also goes wonderfully with pistachio or lemon ice cream, offering a refined and indulgent contrast.

RECIPE STEPS
1Finely chop the white chocolate with a knife or using the Magimix Micro mini-chopper and place it in a bowl.
  • 100 g of white chocolate
2Heat the cream in a small saucepan until it simmers, then pour it over the chocolate.
  • 100 ml of liquid cream
3Let stand for 1 to 2 minutes, then gently mix until you get a smooth and shiny sauce.
4Add the vanilla extract if desired, then let it cool slightly before topping your ice cream.
