200 g of dark chocolate

120 g of salted butter

30 g of plain flour

15 g of hazelnut powder

80 g of brown sugar

2 eggs

50 g of pecan nuts

50 g of almonds

50 g of nuts

60 g of sugar

20 ml of water

RECIPE STEPS
1Preheat the oven to 160 °C.
2In the metal bowl, put the chocolate and butter then run the program.

3In a saucepan, heat the sugar with the water to make a caramel. When it takes on a beautiful amber color, incorporate the walnuts, pecans and almonds. Mix quickly to coat them well, then spread everything on a sheet of baking paper to let it cool.
