1In the metal bowl, place the milk and verbena liqueur and run the program.
Once finished; set aside in a pouring container.

4Pour the mixture into 8 ramekins and cover them with a silicone or aluminum lid.
5Pour 500 ml of water into the metal bowl, position the XXL steam basket, place the ramekins in it, close the lid and run the program.

7Remove from the fridge 15 minutes before serving.
When ready to serve, put 1 tablespoon of brown sugar on each ramekin, spreading well over the entire surface, and torch until caramelized.
