200 g caster sugar
200 g self-raising flour
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract

RECIPE STEPS
1Weigh all the ingredients into the metal bowl of the Food Processor.
- 200 g butter
- 200 g caster sugar
- 200 g self-raising flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
2Run FOOD PROCESSOR until the batter is fully combined and smooth. Press STOP.
3Use the spatula to scape all of the cake batter into a parchment lined cake tin.
4Bake for 25 mins or until a skewer comes out clean at 180˚C.
