250 g of frozen red fruits
30 g of sugar
1 tbsp of lemon juice

Perfect on vanilla, yogurt, or pistachio ice cream. This coulis will keep for 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator in an airtight jar. You can also freeze it in small portions!
RECIPE STEPS
1In a saucepan, put the red fruits, sugar, and lemon juice.
- 250 g of frozen red fruits
- 30 g of sugar
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
2Heat over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring regularly. The fruits should soften slightly and the sugar dissolve.
3Finely blend using the Micro mini-chopper or Magimix blender.
4Strain through a sieve if you want a very smooth coulis (optional, especially for raspberries and redcurrants).
5Let it cool or chill before topping your ice cream.
