
Pecans in Maple Syrup

150 g of pecan nuts
3 tbsp of maple syrup
1 pinch salt

Add a touch of cinnamon or sweet chili for an even more original version. Perfect with vanilla, caramel, or coffee ice cream!
RECIPE STEPS
1Preheat the oven to 170 °C.
2In a bowl, mix the pecan nuts with the maple syrup and sea salt to coat them well.
- 150 g of pecan nuts
- 3 tbsp of maple syrup
- 1 pinch salt
3Spread the nuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, in a single layer.
4Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring halfway through. The nuts should be slightly caramelized and well browned.
5Let it cool completely. They will become crispy as they cool.
6Crush them coarsely and use them as a topping on your favorite ice cream.
