RECIPE STEPS
1Roast the peanuts in the oven at 180 °C fan for 15 minutes.
- 350 g peanuts
2Add into the blender. Blend on speed 1 for 30 secs.
- 350 g peanuts
3Speed 2 for 30 secs using the spatula.
4Speed 3 for 30 secs using the spatula.
5Blend on speed 3 up to another 3 times (3 minutes of total blending altogether) until the required consistency is reached.
