
Passion fruit coulis




1 bowl
8 passion fruits
50 g of sugar
1 tbsp of water
1 tbsp lime juice

RECIPE STEPS
1Cut the passion fruits in half and collect all the pulp (with the seeds) in the bowl of your Magimix Micro mini-chopper.
- 8 passion fruits
2Add the sugar, a little water if necessary, and lime juice if desired.
Blend with very short pulses (2 to 3 times 2 seconds) to avoid completely crushing the seeds, but to properly homogenize the mixture.
- 50 g of sugar
- 1 tbsp of water
- 1 tbsp lime juice
3Taste and adjust the sugar if needed.
Use immediately or keep cool for 2 to 3 days.
