300 ml milk

75 g caster sugar

1 g mint

300 ml of crème fraîche

150 g dark chocolate

5 drops peppermint essential oil

RECIPE STEPS
1Gently heat the milk and sugar in a saucepan, until the sugar has fully dissolved. Leave to cool completely.
  • 300 ml milk
  • 75 g caster sugar
2Grate the chocolate and set it aside. Mix the cream, the peppermint essence and, optionally, the mint liqueur into the cold milk.
  • 300 ml of crème fraîche
  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 5 drops peppermint essential oil
  • 1 g mint
3Pour the mixture into Le Glacier / Gelato Expert.
4Just when the ice cream begins to thicken, add the chocolate shavings. Leave the mixture to continue freezing.
