380 g of crème fraîche

75 g caster sugar

RECIPE STEPS
1Refrigerate the metal bowl and the whisk for 30 minutes.
2Fit the metal bowl with the whisk and add the ingredients. Run the program.

5Pour the mixture into a tin lined with cling film.
6Cover and freeze for approximately 4 hours.
7To serve, turn out onto a plate, remove the cling film and drizzle the pulp of the second passion fruit over the top.
