100 g of milk chocolate
80 ml of liquid cream
1 tsp of butter
1 pinch salt

Serve warm over vanilla, coffee or hazelnut ice cream... or keep it in the fridge (it heats up very well for a few seconds in the microwave).
RECIPE STEPS
1Chop the milk chocolate into small pieces and place it in a bowl.
You can chop the chocolate with the Magimix Micro mini-chopper.
- 100 g of milk chocolate
2Heat the cream in a small saucepan (or in the microwave) until it starts to simmer.
- 80 ml of liquid cream
3Pour the hot cream over the chocolate, cover for 1 min, then gently mix until you get a smooth and shiny sauce.
4Add the butter and fleur de sel, mix again.
- 1 tsp of butter
- 1 pinch salt
5Pour still hot over your favorite ice cream.
