1 bowl
2 boxes (drained weight) jar chickpeas
1 garlic clove
160 g tahini
130 g olive oil
110 g lemon juice
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika

RECIPE STEPS
1Put all the ingredients into the main bowl with the main blade, reserving the chickpea water (80 g from the jar) & salt. Keep processing until you have the desired texture. Season to taste and add water to thin & achieve smoother hummus.
- 2 boxes (drained weight) jar chickpeas
- 1 garlic clove
- 160 g tahini
- 130 g olive oil
- 110 g lemon juice
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp salt
2Scrape out into a serving dish and sprinkle with the paprika. Drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive oil and serve with bread. Hummus will keep in an airtight container in the fridge.
