3 pots
5 garlic cloves
2 cm ginger
1 tbsp massala
1 tsp chilli
250 g brown sugar
500 g green tomatoes
175 ml malt vinegar

Place the Cook Expert under an extraction hood or next to an open window in order to vent the vinegar aroma
RECIPE STEPS
1Add the garlic, ginger and spices to the metal bowl of the Cook Expert. Adjust amount of spice according to taste.
Run the program to finely chop the ingredients. Using the silicone spatula, scrape down the bowl and then add the rest of ingredients.

- 250 g brown sugar
- 500 g green tomatoes
- 175 ml malt vinegar
3Now select SIMMERING and cook with CAP off for 30 minutes.
