1 sachet of baking powder
1 pinch of ground cinnamon

RECIPE STEPS
1Core the apples, removing the stems and seeds.
Process them in the Juice filter.
Collect the pulp.

2Add all the ingredients, leaving the flour for last.
Mix well (it is normal for the batter to be a little elastic).
Preheat the oven to 180°C (gas mark 4).
- 3 eggs
- 200 g of flour
- 150 g of brown sugar
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 70 g rolled oats
- 200 ml rapeseed oil
3Grease a cake tin and pour in the batter.
4Smooth the surface and put into the oven for approximately 30 min.
Check that the cake is done by inserting a knife or skewer, it should come out clean and dry.
Leave the cake to cool and sprinkle with icing sugar and cinnamon.
