320 ml of milk

0.5 tsp of salt

25 g of butter

1 pinch of nutmeg

1 pinch of pepper

RECIPE STEPS
1Peel the potatoes and cut them in half.

2In the midi bowl, slice them with the 4 mm slicing disc.

this gave a wonderfully smooth mash, but far too much milk in the recipe. I would say reduced the milk to 250ml and then thin it out with more milk at the end if necessary
