125 ml vegetable oil

125 g salted butter

2 garlic clove

0.5 tsp salt

0.5 tbsp dried parsley

Chef's tip

Store the garlic butter in a lidded, glass jar in the fridge. it can be kept for 5 days. Use for making garlic bread, topping pizza, stir through soup and casseroles or blend with mayonnaise

RECIPE STEPS
1Fit the mini bowl and mini blade to the food processor.
2Add the peeled garlic, cubed butter, oil, salt and parsley to the mini bowl.

3Run FOOD PROCESSOR until the garlic butter is fully smooth.
