50 g of brown sugar

This crispy crumble is perfect on vanilla, apple, cinnamon, or yogurt ice cream. For a more indulgent version, add a pinch of cinnamon or a few lemon zests to the batter before baking.
RECIPE STEPS
1Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
2In a bowl, mix the flour, almond powder, sugar and salt.

- 50 g of almond powder
- 50 g of brown sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
3Add the cold butter, then crumble the dough with your fingertips until you get a coarse crumble texture.

4Spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the crumble is nicely golden.
6Let it cool, then roughly crumble it over your ice cream.
