60 g of butter
40 g of sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar (10 g)

RECIPE STEPS
1Preheat your oven to 180 °C.
2In a bowl, rub the flour with the butter using your fingertips until you get a coarse crumble texture.
- 100 g of plain flour
- 60 g of butter
3Add the sugars, mix quickly without overworking the dough.
- 40 g of sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar (10 g)
4Crumble the dough directly onto a tray lined with baking paper, to form small irregular pieces.
5Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the pieces are golden.
6Let them cool completely: they will become very crunchy.
