1Put the mixer and the ingredients in the metal bowl.
Run the program.

2Remove the mixer.
Add the ingredients and restart the program.

3Retrieve the dough in a bowl and carefully incorporate the chocolate pieces.
- 100 g of dark chocolate
4Chill for 30 minutes.
5Preheat your oven to 180 °C.
Form dough balls the size of a walnut between your hands and place them on a tray lined with baking paper.
Space the balls about 5 cm apart and flatten them slightly.
6Bake for 10 to 12 minutes depending on your oven and let cool on a rack.
Store in a metal box.
