RECIPE STEPS
1Put the chocolate squares and cream in the metal bowl and run the program.
- 300 g of dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
- 100 ml of liquid cream (min. 30% fat content)

2Pour the mixture into a loaf pan lined with cling film.
Place the pan in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
3Once the mixture is well set, cut it into squares and then roll them in cocoa powder.
