RECIPE STEPS
1Add the ingredients and half of the warm water into the metal bowl. Run the program.

2Add the remaining water through the cap opening in the lid and run the program.

3If necessary, add a little water or flour.
4Place the dough on a floured work surface.
Divide into 8 balls of equal size.
5Gently flatten with the palm of the hand, cover with a clean cloth and set aside to rest for 30 minutes.
6Preheat a drizzle olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

7Roll out the balls of dough as thinly as possible using a rolling pin.
8Cook both sides of each wrap for 1 minute; place in a damp cloth to keep them soft.
9Fit the food processing bowl with the midi bowl and the 2mm slicing disc.
Cut the cabbage in large pieces.
Slice the cabbage by running the program.

10Set aside. Fit the 4mm grating disc.
Grate the carrots and then slice them by running the program.

12Slice the avocado.
Wash and finely slice the chives. Add them to the mayonnaise.
Cut the chicken breast into thin strips.

13Place a wrap on a flat work surface; spread with mayonnaise.
14Then make separate rows of red cabbage and carrot.
Add a row of sliced avocado and then a row of chicken strips.

15Finish with a little baby spinach and sundried tomato.

- 1 handful baby spinach leaves
16Roll the wrap firmly, from bottom to top.
Then wrap in baking paper to retain the freshness and cut in halves on the diagonal.
