
Carrot, Beetroot & Apple Salad

3 carrots peeled
1 small raw beetroot peeled
2 apples
150 g feta
15 g cornichon (dill)
75 g roasted almonds
40 g tahini
20 g lemon juice
20 g water
1 pinch salt

RECIPE STEPS
1Using the midi bowl and 4 mm grating disc, grate the carrots through the middle feed tube & apples & beetroot through the XL feed tube.
- 3 carrots peeled
- 1 small raw beetroot peeled
- 2 apples
2Remove veg into a large serving bowl. Place the dill and almonds into the mini bowl and AUTO for 10-15secs until roughly chopped. Add into the serving bowl.
- 15 g cornichon (dill)
- 75 g roasted almonds
3Using the same unwashed mini bowl, add the tahini, lemon juice, water & salt. AUTO for 10 secs until smooth.
- 40 g tahini
- 20 g lemon juice
- 20 g water
- 1 pinch salt
4Toss the salad, crumble over the feta and drizzle over the dressing.
