
Caramel popcorn




1 bowl
50 g of corn
100 g of sugar
40 g of butter
50 ml of liquid cream
1 pinch of salt
15 ml of vegetable oil

This crispy caramel popcorn is perfect for adding a crunch to vanilla, chocolate, or salted caramel ice cream. It adds a delicious and playful touch, making it ideal for a sundae-style dessert or homemade ice cream sundae.
RECIPE STEPS
1Heat the oil in a large pot, add the corn, cover and let it pop over medium heat. Remove from heat once the pops slow down.

2In another saucepan, melt the sugar over medium heat until you get an amber caramel.
- 100 g of sugar
3Off the heat, incorporate the butter, then the cream, stirring vigorously (be careful of splashes).
- 40 g of butter
- 50 ml of liquid cream
4Add a pinch of sea salt, then immediately pour the caramel over the popcorn. Mix well to coat.

5Spread the popcorn on a tray and let it cool. Break it into small pieces before using it as a topping.
