250 g fettucine

30 g butter

1 garlic clove, finely minced

125 g double cream

70 g grated parmesan

1 pinch salt

1 pinch pepper

0.5 bunch parsley

RECIPE STEPS
1Cook the fettuccine in a pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Reserve about 60ml of the pasta cooking water, then drain.
  • 250 g fettucine
2In the metal bowl, add butter and garlic. Run the program.
  • 30 g butter
