30 g cornflour

1 vanilla pod

600 g frozen red berries

4 tbsp sugar

5 egg yolks

60 g caster sugar

0.5 vanilla pod

350 ml whole milk

This red berry compote is delicious drizzled over ice cream.

RECIPE STEPS
1Use a fork to mix the cornflour with 50ml red wine in a small bowl.

2Halve the vanilla pod and scrape out the seeds.

3Put the remaining red wine, the cornflour-wine mixture and the other ingredients into the metal bowl. Run the program.

4Add the lemon juice and stir with a spatula.
