Hong Kong style milk tea

250 g evaporated milk
600 g boiled water
20 g loose tea leaves (black)
60 g white sugar

RECIPE STEPS
1Using the stainless-steel bowl, attach the universal blade, adding in the tea leaves. Pouring in boiled water, wait for 2 minutes before adding in white sugar and evaporated milk. Set to EXPERT programme 1 minute / Speed 14 / 0°C. (Crush the tea leaves to allow for more flavour to be released, if leaves are not available, instant red tea satchels can be used as well). Strain before consuming.
