RECIPE STEPS
1Pour cold water into a bowl and place the lemons in it for 10 minutes to desalt them.
Peel and slice the onions.
Slice the zucchinis.

- 3 candied lemons
2In a second container, prepare the marinade for the prawns.
Place the shrimp, a tbsp. of olive oil, the ras el-hanout, turmeric and cumin in it.
Salt, pepper and gently mix.

3Preheat the cocotte on high heat on a stove with a drizzle of olive oil, without the lid.
As soon as the cocotte is hot, sauté the marinated prawns using a non-metallic utensil.
Set aside.

4Reduce to medium heat then place the onions in the cocotte, cook for 5 minutes with the lid on.

5Place the cocotte on its pre-installed stand on the Cook Expert.
Add the zucchini, candied lemons, the 300 ml of water, cover and run the program.
Stir occasionally with a wooden spoon.
