
Plum clafoutis

3 purple plums
100 g plain flour
2 eggs
75 g sugar
25 g butter
120 ml milk
1 pinch salt

RECIPE STEPS
1Wash and stone the plums. Cut each plum into 6 and set aside.

2Pre-heat the oven to 180°C (gas mark 4).
3Melt the butter in a bain-marie.
- 25 g butter
4In the food processing bowl, fitted with the main blade and the Blendermix attachment, combine the flour, sugar and salt.
- 100 g plain flour
- 75 g sugar
- 1 pinch salt
5With the machine running, add the eggs one by one via the feed tube, followed by the melted butter.
Pour the milk in through the feed tube and blend until the mixture reaches a smooth consistency.
- 2 eggs
- 120 ml milk
6Generously butter the dish and pour in the preparation.
Scatter the plum pieces over the top.
7Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
The cake should shrink away from the edges of the tin when it is cooked.
