750 ml semi-skimmed milk

4 egg

120 g sugar

125 g plain flour

1 pinch salt

250 g prune

10 g butter

For more flavour, you can soak the prunes in dark rum before using them.

RECIPE STEPS
1Preaheat oven at 200°C.
2Add the ingredients to the Blender bowl in the following order: the milk, eggs, sugar, flour and salt. Run the programme: speed 1/30 seconds.
  • 750 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 4 egg
  • 120 g sugar
  • 125 g plain flour
  • 1 pinch salt
3Butter a baking dish. Arrange the prunes in the bottom of the dish and then pour over the dough.
  • 250 g prune
  • 10 g butter
4Bake for 10 minutes at 200°C then lower to 180°C for another 30-35 minutes.
