White choc & macadamia ice cream

2 eggs

60 g white sugar

375 ml full fat milk

375 ml cream

1 pinch sal

250 g white chocolate

100 g chopped, lightly toasted macadamia nuts

RECIPE STEPS
1Place eggs & sugar in a medium saucepan & whisk till combine
  • 2 eggs
  • 60 g white sugar
2Add milk, cream, salt & chocolate. Cook over a medium heat until chocolate has melted. Do not boil
  • 375 ml full fat milk
  • 375 ml cream
  • 1 pinch sal
  • 250 g white chocolate
3Allow to cool for at least 4 hours in the fridge
4Place mixture into GELATO EXPERT and run the ICE CREAM function
5When Ice Cream is close to ready, add the macadamia nuts
  • 100 g chopped, lightly toasted macadamia nuts
6Serve immediately, or place an airtight container in the fridge for a firmer consistency.
