All ingredients must be at room temperature. Be sure to pour oil GRADUALLY and in a THIN trickle.
RECIPE STEPS
1Fit the metal bowl and the mini bowl.
2Place the ingredients (1 drizzle for the oil) in the mini bowl and run the program for about 20 seconds.
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 tbsp wasabi
- 1 egg yolk

3Rerun the program.
Pour the oil very slowly through the feed tube, while the program is running, and stop to let the mayonnaise thicken.
- 250 ml sunflower oil

4Repeat the process: rerun the program.
Pour the oil very slowly through the feed tube and stop to let the mayonnaise thicken.

5Once the mayonnaise is well set and thickened, rerun the program.
Pour the rest of the oil more quickly (in a thin, steady stream) until the mayonnaise is thick.
