RECIPE STEPS
1Wash the vegetables.
2Peel the turnips and potatoes. Top and tail the courgettes.

3Fit the midi bowl with the 2mm slicing disc and slice the vegetables separately.

4Heat the oil in your deep frier. When it is hot, add the the sliced vegetables.
5Drain them on kitchen paper before transferring to a serving dish. Season with salt and pepper.
6Serve immediately.
