1 L of whole milk

4 sachets of vanilla sugar

125 g of plain yogurt

2 vanilla pods

RECIPE STEPS
1In a saucepan, split the vanilla pods in half lengthwise and scrape the seeds with the tip of a knife. Heat the seeds with the vanilla pods, add the milk and bring to a boil.
  • 1 L of whole milk
  • 4 sachets of vanilla sugar
  • 2 vanilla pods
2In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the vanilla milk and pour the mixture into the jars.
  • 125 g of plain yogurt
3Place the pots in the steamer basket without putting water in the tank.
4Put the lid on and let it cook for 12 hours at 40 °C.
