2 tsp sugar

RECIPE STEPS
1Wash and roughly chop the tomatoes.
- 1 kg ripe tomatoes
2Pour the olive oil into a frying pan.
Quickly brown the crushed garlic cloves with the salt, pepper and sugar.
Once the garlic has browned, add the tomatoes and basil.

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 garlic clove
- 1 bunch fresh basil
3Leave to reduce over a low heat for about 30 minutes.
Adjust the seasoning if necessary.
4Gradually process the mixture, adding small amounts at a time, using the Extra Press.
