1 kg ripe tomatoes

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp sugar

2 garlic clove

1 bunch fresh basil

RECIPE STEPS
1Wash and roughly chop the tomatoes.
  • 1 kg ripe tomatoes
2Pour the olive oil into a frying pan. Quickly brown the crushed garlic cloves with the salt, pepper and sugar. Once the garlic has browned, add the tomatoes and basil.

3Leave to reduce over a low heat for about 30 minutes. Adjust the seasoning if necessary.
4Gradually process the mixture, adding small amounts at a time, using the Extra Press.
