395 g of condensed milk
600 ml of crème fraîche
200 g of Tim Tam
50 g of butter

RECIPE STEPS
1Using your food processor, process 1 packet of Tim Tams until your desired crumb texture. Set aside a portion to mix into the ice cream, and another portion for toppings.

2In a jug combine the cream and condensed milk.

- 600 ml of crème fraîche
3Pour in the ice cream mixture and select the Ice cream function.
4Meanwhile, prepare the base of crushed Tim Tams while the ice cream is being churned. Add 1 packet of Tim Tams in a food processor and blitz to form a fine crumb. Add 50g of melted butter and then process until combined.

5Line a baking tray with baking paper or cling wrap. Press the biscuit crumb mixture evenly to form a base. (square tin or a loaf tin) place into the fridge until the ice cream is made.
6Towards the end of the ice cream function, add the Tim Tams and let the Gelato Expert stir it through. The light will flash when the ice cream is ready.
7Pour the Tim Tam Ice cream over the base and smooth over with a spatula.
8Sprinkle the remaining crushed Tim Tams all over the top, cover with cling wrap and freeze overnight.
To serve, place a sharp knife in hot water and slice up into individual biscuit slices.
