1 bowl
250 g pitted black olives
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp capers
2 tsp mustard
1 lemon juice
1 pinch pepper

Delicious spread on toasted slices of wholemeal bread. For more flavour, replace the black olives with pitted or seasoned Kalamata black olives.
RECIPE STEPS
1In the Mini bowl, add all the ingredients except for the oil.
Blend for approximately 30 seconds to obtain a paste.
- 250 g pitted black olives
- 1 tbsp capers
- 2 tsp mustard
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 pinch pepper
2Blend for a further 10 to 20 seconds.
Gradually add the oil via the feed tube until it is completely absorbed.
