4 tbsp of agave syrup
1 tbsp of lemon juice

Strawberries can be replaced with raspberries, blackberries or currants - anything in season.
RECIPE STEPS
1Place the strawberries, egg white, syrup and lemon juice in the glass jug and run the programme.
- 200 g of washed and destalked strawberries
- 4 tbsp of agave syrup
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 egg white
2Pour the mixture into verrines (shot glasses) and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
