Strawberries & Cream Magnum




Equipment
wooden lolly sticks, ice cream moulds
4 people
500 g strawberries
150 g sugar
300 ml cream
0.25 tsp citric acid
0.25 tsp maldon salt
200 g white chocolate

RECIPE STEPS
1Macerate the strawberries.
- 500 g strawberries
- 150 g sugar
2Blend all the ingredients together except the white chocolate in a processor and then pour it into the gelato expert, and select the gelato setting.
- 500 g strawberries
- 150 g sugar
- 300 ml cream
- 0.25 tsp citric acid
- 0.25 tsp maldon salt
3Once finished, put the ice cream into ice cream moulds and freeze.
4Once the ice cream is frozen, melt the white chocolate in a Bain Marie.
- 200 g white chocolate
5Remove the ice creams from the freezer and dip them into the melted white chocolate, then put them back in the freezer until set.
