1 shortcrust pastry

400 g of cooked spinach

4 eggs

200 ml of milk

100 ml of single cream

1 garlic clove

1 tsp of grated nutmeg

1 tsp of salt

1 tsp of pepper

100 g of crumbled feta

RECIPE STEPS
1Preheat your oven to 210°C. Roll out the shortcrust pastry in a buttered dish and set aside.
  • 1 shortcrust pastry
2Place the spinach, eggs, milk, cream, garlic, nutmeg, salt and pepper in the glass jug. Blend with the program.
  • 400 g of cooked spinach

  • 200 ml of milk
  • 100 ml of single cream
  • 1 tsp of grated nutmeg
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of pepper
  • 1 garlic clove
3Pour the mixture over the shortcrust pastry, then spread the crumbled feta over the top.

4Bake for around 40 minutes. Serve warm or hot.
