150 g shelled yellow soybeans

600 ml water

RECIPE STEPS
1Soak the soybeans in water for at least 8 hours.
  • 150 g shelled yellow soybeans
2Rinse the soaked soybeans with water. Process them using the Extra Press, adding the soybeans in small amounts at a time and alternate with adding the same amount of water. Use a ladle to press down on the soybeans to extract all the soy milk.
  • 150 g shelled yellow soybeans
  • 600 ml water
3Filter the milk and heat it in a saucepan for 15 minutes while stirring.
4Collect the pulp from the Juice filter. Keep the soy pulp to make energy bars (see recipe)
