400 g of fresh salmon
2 eggs
100 g of crème fraîche
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
1 tsp of mustard
1 yellow lemon
200 ml of liquid cream
15 g of butter
1 tbsp of fresh chives
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper

RECIPE STEPS
1Remove the skin and bones from the salmon.
- 400 g of fresh salmon
2Blend the salmon flesh with the eggs and cream. Season.
- 400 g of fresh salmon
- 2 eggs
- 100 g of crème fraîche
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
3Pour into individual molds.
4Bake in a preheated oven at 160 °C for about 5 minutes.
5Squeeze the half lemon.
Gently heat all the sauce ingredients in a pan, except the chives.
Stir until the butter has melted.

6Add the chives to the sauce just before serving.
