
Quinoa with turmeric sauce




2 people
150 g of quinoa
5 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of sesame oil
2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp of lime juice
40 g of honey
100 g of carrots
100 g of grated courgettes
5 g of fresh ginger
5 g of turmeric powder
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of pepper

You can use turmeric sauce over a quinoa substitute such as lentils or millet.
RECIPE STEPS
1Cook the quinoa in 300ml boiling water for 10 minutes.
- 150 g of quinoa
2Grate the carrots and the courgettes.
- 100 g of carrots
- 100 g of grated courgettes
3Place all the ingredients for the sauce in the glass jug and launch the programme.
- 5 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of sesame oil
- 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp of lime juice
- 40 g of honey
- 100 g of carrots
- 100 g of grated courgettes
- 5 g of fresh ginger
- 5 g of turmeric powder
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of pepper
4Stir with the spatula.
Continue to blend until your desired consistency.
5Place the quinoa onto a plate and add the sauce.
