200 g plain flour
200 g sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
200 g soft butter
1 tsp baking powder

RECIPE STEPS
1Add the diced butter and all of the ingredients into the bowl fitted with the metal blade.
Switch on the machine and run for about 30 seconds.
- 200 g plain flour
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200 g soft butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
2Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Pour the mixture into a cake tin lined with baking paper. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
3Allow the cake to cool on a wire rack.
