0.5 sachet of dried yeast (5 g)

100 ml water

200 g strong bread flour

4 g salt

1 tsp oregano

35 ml of sunflower oil

RECIPE STEPS
1Add the yeast into 100ml warm water and stir with a fork until fully dissolved. Leave to rest for 10 minutes.

2Add the flour, salt, oregano, oil and dissolved yeast into the bowl fitted with the dough hook. Switch on the machine and run for 30 seconds until the dough forms a ball.

  • 4 g salt
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 35 ml of sunflower oil
3With floured hands, transfer the dough to a large bowl and cover with cling film. Leave to rise for approximately 30 minutes.
4At the end of the first rise, knock back the dough by giving it a few gentle punches.
5Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough and then transfer it onto a baking tray that has been lightly oiled or lined with baking paper.
6Spread the dough with your fingers to stretch it and then leave it to prove for another 30 minutes.
7The pizza dough is then ready to use.
