RECIPE STEPS
1Peel the pears, cut them in half and core them. Pour the juice of half a lemon over the pear pieces.

2Place the cocotte on its pre-installed stand on the Cook Expert.
Pour in the water, spices and honey.
Mix with a wooden spoon and then, without the lid, run the program.
