RECIPE STEPS
1Wash, peel, core and dice the pears.

2Put the pears into the metal bowl.
Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise in halves, scrape the seeds into the bowl and add the pod.

3Remove the cap from the opening and run the program.

4Remove the vanilla pod from the compote. Replace the cap.

5Cool the cooked compote and spoon into 4-5 small jars or ramekins.
6Serve with ladyfinger biscuits.
