50 g of leeks
50 g of fresh spinach leaves
0.5 tsp of salt
2 slices of toasted multigrain bread

RECIPE STEPS
1Boil the vegetables in 500ml of water.
- 100 g of petits pois
- 50 g of leeks
- 50 g of fresh spinach leaves
- 0.5 onion
2Place the cooked vegetables and half the broth in the glass jug.
Add salt then start the programme.

3Reheat with the rest of the broth before serving.
4Serve with multigrain toast.
