100 g plain flour

100 g grated parmesan

80 g soft butter

1 tbsp dried rosemary

RECIPE STEPS
1Add the ingredients into the bowl fitted with the dough hook. Turn the food processor on and run for about 30 seconds, until the dough forms a ball.
  • 100 g plain flour
  • 100 g grated parmesan
  • 80 g soft butter
  • 1 tbsp dried rosemary
2Remove the dough from the bowl, wrap it in clingfilm and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
3Preheat your oven to 180°C. On a floured work surface, roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5cm and use a cookie cutter to cut 5 cm circles. Bake for about 15 minutes.

After 2 hours in my fridge at 4°C, the dough was hard as rock. I had to rewarm it before I could roll it out. However, once made, they were absolutely delicious.
