200 g of frozen raspberries
100 g of caster sugar
1 tbsp of lemon juice

1Add all the ingredients for the pancake batter into the bowl.
- 250 g of plain flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp of light brown sugar
- 250 ml of whole milk
- 1 tbsp of baking powder

4Meanwhile rinse the metal bowl.
Add all the ingredients for the raspberry compote.

- 100 g of caster sugar
