RECIPE STEPS
1Zest your lemons with a sharp peeler. Boil some water in a saucepan and blanch your zests.
Discard the water and repeat the operation twice. Reserve the blanched zest.

2Squeeze the lemons then reserve the juice and the pulp, without the seeds.
Pick and wash the fresh mint.
