4 tbsp of canne sugar syrup

1 bunch of mint

800 ml of cold water

10 ice cubes

RECIPE STEPS
1Zest your lemons with a sharp peeler. Boil some water in a saucepan and blanch your zests. Discard the water and repeat the operation twice. Reserve the blanched zest.

2Squeeze the lemons then reserve the juice and the pulp, without the seeds. Pick and wash the fresh mint.

3Put the ice cubes in the metal bowl and run the program.

4Pour the crushed ice into tall glasses.
5Put the juice, pulp, lemon zest, mint, liquid sugar and cold water in the metal bowl. Run the program.
